Jodi Muter-Hamilton

Founder & CEO

Having worked overseas in a large factory and returning to launch her own ethically Made in Britain luxury swimwear brand in 2009, Jodi understands the complexities of creating a brand and business with strong values.

For the past 7 years she has worked across communications and marketing helping fashion technology start-ups to connect with their audience. Feeling the need to explore and push forward the conversation around sustainability in fashion, in 2017 Jodi founded Other day an independent editorial and podcast platform. Other Day has since flourished into a consultancy that helps founders and businesses to build brands with integrity.

After years of striving to find out what ‘sustainability’ means for the fashion industry, Jodi feels there has to be a way to make it easier for brands and consumers to understand what they make and buy. And importantly what impact their decision making has on society and the planet. She came up with the idea that a garment traffic light system could be the solution. This idea has now turned into Lab 2030’s first experiment.
